Timeline and History

1942.11 BUYO SHOKUHIN INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD established. Headquartered in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa Prefecture and launched business is selling miso (soybean paste), soy sauce, and other foods.
1960.12 Changed corporate name to BUYO SHOKUHIN CO., LTD. Opened first sales office in Tohoku area, and started selling home selected soybeans to the 6 Prefectures in Tohoku.
1966.10 Opened second sales office and started selling home selected soya beans to Southern Tohoku area.
1971.3 Named specified agent of assorted feed for J-Oilmills.
1971.9 Started production and selling of whole fat soybean for feed.
1973.8 Moved headquarter to Marunouchi, Tokyo.
1976.6 Opened feed branch in Miyagi.
1985.4 Opened feed branch in Fukushima.
1989.4 Named specified agent of Mercian.
2000.3 Moved headquarters to current address.
2000.4 Opened sales branch to expand soybean sales to Eastern Japan.
2001.4 Certified JAS(organic).
